If there’s an embargo on discussing how he plays that’s something different. It’s a valid discussion point for sure. What’s the option we just wait for however many games until he scores and then we get told ‘I told you so’.

My comment was a flippant response to someone bizarrely (but not surprisingly) using a hat trick scored by a different player in an unrelated game as an opportunity to have another pop at Darwin. Much like he gets blamed for the other things completely out of his control.

If anything, the patience comment was weighted more towards Solanke as we had the same **** with him, '****! Championship player at best', when clearly he always was a decent player.

I know you didn't respond directly to me, SB's response changed the narrative a bit, but I still find it peculiar that whatever interpretation taken, it's been portrayed as another attempt to stifle 'good conversation' (adding fuel to the the fire that you can't have a rational Nunez discussion).

Anyway, it feeds into a wider observation I'd like to elaborate on, but don't have the time. But in terms of the post alone, it was no more serious or thought through than the one I responded to and certainly not intended as a conversation starter (or killer).

Jota should be back soon. Could also be an opportunity to change the formation a little. Either way, a great opportunity for Darwin to step up. Really hope he has a great second half of the season i.e. goals. We've got so much to play for.

That wasn't a bad performance by Nunez at Burnley. Good running, good link up play and an excellent goal. One lazy offside aside he did well there.

Pleased for the lad, got fouled in the lead up regained his feet instead of complaining to rejoin the attack & took his goal well.

Really good goal, took it well and finished it beautifully. One thing I especially liked about it was how quickly he got up after being felled, to rejoin the attack.
