Compton is a fine cricketer, but I get the impression he's too intense. Almost tries too hard. If he could relax at the crease a bit more then I think he'd be fine.

He's too slow as well. He doesn't score this slowly at County level. I know it's obviously more difficult at Test level but he gets way bogged down and allows pressure to build.

I agree. I think if he relaxed a bit then he would score more freely.
