            guys you are planning diets that leave you around 1000kcal below you basic needed amount, this type of dieting is ineffective and unhealthy, stick to at least 2000kcal min and add a little extra exercise, much better and more successful in long term,

                    **** it off, Shaggy. 1200 calories is third world debt dieting. You'll not have enough energy to exercise if you stick to that. Isn't the average consumption for a chick supposed to be 1500?

                    You'd be better served just tweaking ****. Y'kna have porridge or Musili for breaky instead of bread, try soups or salad for lunch (if you really want a sandwich have pittas instead of stotties). Eat what the **** you want for tea. If you chuck in a brisk walk every day and a light run a couple of times a week you'll be fine.

                    And anyone that tells you to totally cut down carbs is a lying cunt. You just need to make sure you have a way to burn them off.

                    I wouldn't get out of bed for less than 1200 calories let alone live a day in a 1200c world!
                    A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

                      I blame the levels of oestrogen in the drinking water... and all the breast enhancers pumped into KFC... Mmmm KFC. Not making anyone hungry am I?

                        Yeah pretty much, your body will slow metabolism down so it can become easier to gain weight. 1200kcal is the very lower limit of safe female kcal intake

                        NHS say basically that a 600kcal drop below recommended (2500kcal) is the sensible way to go about it. So around 1900-2000kcal a day and add a half hour walk a day or even every 2 and you'd see a difference.

                            Haha I just wanna lose the stone or two I've put on recently. Alex lost 2 stone in 8 weeks, that's just awesome

                            1200 does seem precious little though. My breakfast was about 400 calories alone and that was just a cup of tea, two slices of brown toast and a ****in banana
