Last night wasn't TOO bad, as it was a roast chicken breast with peas and sweetcorn. It was the mash, roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding and gravy that put it over the edge. Might have to start cooking my own tea!

You'd be better served just tweaking ****. Y'kna have porridge or Musili for breaky instead of bread, try soups or salad for lunch (if you really want a sandwich have pittas instead of stotties). Eat what the **** you want for tea. If you chuck in a brisk walk every day and a light run a couple of times a week you'll be fine.
And anyone that tells you to totally cut down carbs is a lying cunt. You just need to make sure you have a way to burn them off.
I wouldn't get out of bed for less than 1200 calories let alone live a day in a 1200c world!A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

1200 does seem precious little though. My breakfast was about 400 calories alone and that was just a cup of tea, two slices of brown toast and a ****in banana
