OK despite my cold & slightly dodgy hammy (which is a lot better), I was bullied into trying heavy squats today. Got a new PB- 5 reps at 150K. It's been a goal for a while.
Also my mate bullied me to pose with a kettlebell with him in the Virgin Active photo shoots, so might be on the website of pamphlets or something at some point.

Another run for me Saturday morning. Its annoying because I have loads planned. But I have made a schedule and its the only way I will stick to it. Its on my calender, so barring injury I am committed.
