Negro ? Negrito ? doesn't really matter which, context is what matters, you can use the word negro when in conversation with a black person, just depends on the subject matter.

They are just words, the context you put them in is all important.

Indeed. For instance the context you just used it in would seem entirely inappropriate to me

I agree with Ferguson re Jason Roberts deciding he wants to be in the papers.

Or maybe he just feels incredibly let down.
            Oh I don't know.

I wonder what he will do with regard to shaking Public enemy number one's hand pre-match. He is such an attention seeking **** he is liable to shun Luis

Is he attention seeking? Honest question. He's never been on my radar until now.

He's not started a game for Reading yet this season so the handshake may be a non issue anyway.

Could see him making a point otherwise.

I actually think he's been quite clever, not wearing the shirt has spurred debate on the punishments handed out for the offence of racism, or making racist comments, which i think he'll be pleased with.

Don't think he'd have expected the harsh comments from Ferguson though.

IMO, yes. If he chooses not to wear the anti racism shirt. Why did he not just go ahead and do it, rather than make a big thing about it in the rags

                          Chill Winston no drama

Just the way you said "a negro" suddenly changed it from the Spanish 'neh-gro' to English 'negro' with all the very different connotations that word has in our language. Of course that too is open to interpretation. There's an advert on TV at the moment which states the product is also suitable for negro hair. Made me prick up my ears a bit

Because he wants publicity. I think he wants it for his cause, to highlight that the FA are hypocritical and inconsistent about racism.

You can think he wants it for himself if you want but not everyone is motivated solely by their ego.
                              .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Think he totally knew his actions would get people talking about the punishments handed down by the fa, and his opinion on them not being hard enough, and tbf it's worked big time.

Whereas he probably sees these Kick it Out events as maybe going through the motions these days ?
