**** it. It's not worth worrying about. The training regime was altered, and we have looked better for it. Rafa will study, as always, to find a replacement who fills the void Pako has left and we will be back leaner, meaner and stronger, and if the reports are anything to go by, more harmonious.

The big deal is that he's worked directly with Pako for over 10 years (?). He clearly trusts (trusted) him and he needs to now find another strong-minded number 2 who he'll trust. He also needs to find the polar opposite to Phil Neal - i.e. someone who isn't a snivelling yes man.Originally posted by SpeedyG View PostSo! He'll bring someone else in. What's the big deal???????
Easier said than done. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

That trust has to work both ways thoughOriginally posted by ShaggyAlonso View PostThe big deal is that he's worked directly with Pako for over 10 years (?). I dont see one man replacing Pako
I think two will be brought in
One as fitness coach, one as assistant (or coach if Miller is promoted)Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

If Miller is promoted then I'd assume only a fitness coach would come in.Originally posted by Lecter View PostThat trust has to work both ways though
