Just had a horrible horrible thought, what if Hick's statement is just the prelude to others to come, maybe they can't come to agreement on the price & DIC have said enough is enough, Hick's is just getting in 1st as if to say 'I was never selling, what's all this crap about me selling.' I really hope not for my sanity's sake.

It makes sense though. If he is in negotiation with them it doesn't serve his purpose to admit it - just stonewall it until the deal is complete. If he isn't then I suppose he is telling the truth. Just a thought guys, but who actually said DIC has actually made and offer... Most press outlets said preparing a bid to present before the new loan deadline nextweek.. This could be why Hicks has come out and said no offer has been made... (just a thought like I said)...Comment
