No. A couple of Deaf Utd fans accused Finnan of making racist remarks at Evra. Mike Phelan (the Utd Asst Mngr) accused a Chelsea groundsman of calling Evra a "****ing Immigrant". This was the case that the FA Panel said Evra's testimony in the case was unreliable.
