This whole situation ****ing stinks. Without question it could have been handled better and fairer by the FA. They only govern rules within football, if I was Luis I would be prepared to gamble my entire career to clear my name. Take it as far as you can, European Court of Human Rights if need be. He must be entitled to take some action as an individual in this? This is about more than football this is 1 guy being branded a racist by the FA over every media channel available. He may never lose the stigma attached to him from this judgement. Disgusting.

I think that's a bit OTT I think people are clutching at conspiracy straws now.

The one that stands out most for me, is his ban finishing after the United game. Something about that stinks.

If we cant rely of a just verdict based on evidence then go after them on anything we can. Get a new hearing with a panel that doesnt have Fergies mate on it.

Yes he accused Chelsea groundsman and Finnan was also accused by 2 fans for racially abusing Evra and both of them were cleared of all charges.

When it comes to what Evra said to Ref "you booked me coz I'm black" we don't know if that was documented or not as this point.
