If if Terry is found quilty by the policem can FA still punish him? Or is there some "double-punshment" law that prevents this?.
Lets say the police fine £10 000, a huge amount for any normal person nothing for Terry and the FA can`t do anything more. Terry will then more or less walk free.

That's enough reason for an appeal if we need it in my opinion.

Have a bad feeling that Suarez will be made an example of so that the FA can show the world that they aren't soft on racism regardless of whether there is genuine evidence against Luis or not.

Surely if he is found guilty of racism he would be sacked by the club wouldn't he?

How could we have a confirmed racist in the team.

If we ignore the FA decision by accepting a ban and then carry on playing him afterwards it means we don't have any regard for the FA because we believe in Saurez's innocence and not their judgement.

Where would that leave us by not having any regard for our football league's governing body.

The FA have made a right mess of this really.

Maybe they'll come up with a compromise like insulting behavior and suspend him then the only winner is the FA. Saurez is proved a naughty boy & evra is miffed..
