Allen gets himself into brilliant positions sometimes, but how on earth did he miss that? Honestly one of the worst misses I've ever seen.

I thought Flanagan was MOTM today. When I heard he was starting I was gutted because I thought it would be too much and he'd end up caught in the headlights or would do something rash and get a red card, but he well and truly proved me wrong.

Everton will do very well this season but I can't help but wonder how they'll fare if Lukaku heads back to Chelsea.

Lakaku has scored 7 goals and we are 12 games into the season. There is no 'if' about it in my opinion. Chelsea will want more than Everton are willing - or indeed can afford - to pay.

We've got so much more goals in us now compared to the start of the season. Scored 3 against Everton, 4 against Fulham, 3 against Palace, 4 against West Brom. Get ready Hull, Norwich, West Ham

Have to admit I was dead set against us getting Martinez as manager and now Im relieved we didnt

He has been obsessed about us as much as their fans. Constantly on about how he turned us down to stay at Wigan, bull****. Reckons Mirallas went for the ball but Gerrard should hAve got red.

Martinez is a very good manager, I would have been quite happy with him. You can't blame him for defending his own players.

It doesn't matter though does it? Everton are a better team under Martinez. Moyes was a decent manager, but I believe that Martinez will enjoy greater success over the course of his career. He'll move onto another bigger club in a few years and he'll do well. I enjoyed watching Wigan under Martinez, you could see what he was trying to do with players of limited ability. Now he has better players and it's no surprise that he's got Everton playing well.

I was just going to post the same - he looks like he will be a phenomenal player.

Great game yesterday, against the best Everton team I've seen since the 80's. I doubt many teams will do well there. Having been in a position to win it (Joe Allen) we showed real resilience to fight back for the draw.

I'd guess man city will delve into their pile of gold for him soon. They can probably offer a few players in exchange. I dont suppose we could temptmhim across the park
