Thanjk you.

A 6 for me, but that is because I am not including Keita. For me he is part of next summers incomings and on that score next summer is off to a flyer already with such a quality player coming then.
Am happy with the players we brought in this summer, but as others have already said the positions we failed to address are a bit of a let down.
But we do have the funds and come January we could bring in one or two players that turn the transfer windows for this season into something special so will be hoping for that.
To be fair we're being asked to rate this window and Keita was signed in this window. It would certainly be no better if we hadn't of signed him.
I only give it a 6 because once Lemar and Van Dijk were mentioned not getting them seems slightly disappointing. We are getting stronger each summer, shipping out the Kevin Stewart's and bringing in real strength.

Technically we got an agreement to sign him next summer in this window, so he is not signed until July 1st 2018. So based on that and the fact he is not able to play for us now I am not including him in my take on the window that just closed.
I have a sneaky feeling that something night be in place that we can give RBL more cash in January and get him then should their season not be going well, but either way I see him as a future window signing rather than one from the most recent window.
This summer has not been a bad one. We brought in genuine quality for one position that badly needed it, and we brought in three other players who are a combination of future potential that is currently good enough for first team action.
So we have improved our depth/quality for the middle third and final third of our team.
The one concern is that we has lost depth in the first third with no first team upgrade having been added there.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Robertson not first team quality?
It's easy to distract fat people. It's a piece of cake.
This hasnt been a great window by any stretch of the imagination
Does it once again put doubts in mind about FSG - most definitely but oh well
I think its fairly obvious we will lose Coutinho & Can next summer I just hope we plan ahead and ensure they are replaced in advance. I would imagine Keita is part of that plan but we need more imo
We also need to definitively address the centreback position whether thats tying up a deal for VVD or moving on. We cant have another season without improving on Lovren
Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."
I went for a 6 which may be a bit harsh, but then we can't play Keita until next season so I don't think we can count him in. I'm really happy with the guys that we have brought in and think that they'll all make a positive contribution. Salah especially is going to be brilliant for us.
Disappointed with the VVD saga though, I think that we're going to pay for not upgrading our CB options for the season ahead. We'll see

Went with 6. Cannot include Keita as does nothing for us this season. Solanke we will see early days and will only get few games here and there this season. Robinson time will tell, hard to believe he can be any worse than Moreno at defending. Salah excellent buy and gives us goals/pace/width & Ox is a decent versatile player but needs to improve his levels of production & is injury prone.
It's not a great window whatever way you spin it. Yes the squad is improved but that CB position desperately needed to be addressed and it wasn't. Our attacking side of the game IMO is second to none in the league but we will get punished defensively & our midfield needs someone like Keita this season.
Time for other players to step up, likes of Gomez has a chance to prove himself, it's last chance saloon for Sturridge & of course there is Phil who needs to build bridges and the best way to do that is playing out of his skin. You get Sturridge fit and firing and you have a 20-25 goal a season player on your hands. It's not the end of the world but it was a bit of a disappointing window.
6 is usually average so I'm going with that. Not fixing the priority position could almost make it less than average but happy enough with the other incomings. Still think we're short in CB and general depth.
Decent window. I will never understand the vvd situation in terms of why we gambled until the last day, hoping for either Southampton to give us the nod to make a bid, or for another team to make a move. We still didn't bid in the end after all this waiting. Obviously non of us are privy to the real reasons and are just looking from the outside in so all we can do is to take an educated guess as to what happened.
I really admire Klopp only wanting his 1st choice targets but the problem is we have known for months Southampton were being difficult, so, at the very least we should have had other targets lined up, but instead we put all our eggs in one basket and ended up with our tails between our legs. Hopefully, we can get by but it's a risky strategy especially as both Lovren and Matip tend to get injured quite a bit. I also don't conform to the idea we will go back in for vvd in January judging by previous January windows but let's wait and see.
Overall, I'm thrilled we have strengthened our attacking options with the Ox and think he will prove many people wrong. People can moan about the fee, but Chelsea spending £35m on a bottle of water makes the Ox deal look very cheap!!!
