Phillips has got more experience. He's played 20 games or so for Stuttgart. Can't really say that based on a couple of appearances. He did dominate aerially when he could have been bullied out of the game though.

The slowness IMO is down to us being patient. We were trying to be precise with our passing, and maybe 1st half we weren't quite there with the speed, but there was no need to panic. We absolutely controlled and managed a West Ham side, which caused loads of problems for City last week.

I'm a bit surprised that we're still willing us to go at teams straight away and blow them away. Not gonna happen. Thiago was probably brought in to give us this added control in our passing.

As soon as we decided to shift the gears up (helped by Jota and Shaq), we steered away and should have maybe scored more.

There is most definitely room for improvement, but, with an injury hit start to the season we are on 2 wins out of 2 in the CL.

And out of our 7 league games we’ve won 5 drawn 1 and had a random shocker in 1. And lest be honest the draw was a travesty with Everton in reality deserving to be down to 10 men after 10 mins, 9 after 80 let alone the perfectly good winner ruled out.

In the competitions that matter we are 9 wins one draw and a loss. When, Thiago, Fabinho, Matip, Ox, Keita, Tsmikas etc get fit we could be quite a team!

I’m not betting against us this season. We are 1990’s Man U. We must be annoying as **** for everyone else.

Avoid defeat v City and we are in awesome shape.

Yeah, it’s a definite pen. Mo was doing his touch and swivel move and he felt the kick as he held his ankle instantly after falling.

Yep, even Redcafe has finally shown some shame and not brought this up ad nauseum (from the last I read). I have MotD on record but will probably just delete it. Haven't watched MotD in months and hearing the **** they're still shoveling I can't be arsed really.
