I did wonder at the time, because to me, on the sole replay they showed, it looked like there was plenty of force behind it, but the commentators glossed over it so I figured maybe I was wrong as the replay was from a distance.

Yep I thought the same at the time too. I’m sure I’ve seen red cards handed out for similar in the past. Very rarely we get decisions like that though.

Playing all 4 midfielders in one game. We are not going to last the season if we dont start putting Endo and Elliott in the starting lineup.

I can just imagine another Champions League final where we are too tired to run up the pitch.

I do think its been awful the lack of transfer market activity. We would have had massive problems with depth had we a few injuries. Been lucky on that front. But it looks like tiredness is starting to creep in a bit

Having watched his lackluster performance against Plymouth, I have no faith in Chiesa either. I don't think you can blame the lack of service as he was awful when he had the ball. I don't think Slot can take the risk of starting him at the moment.

The whole signing of Chiesa baffled me from the get go but it does really seem that Slot doesn't rate him. I am surprised Elliot isn't getting more mins too.

I think he sees him firmly as a back up to Salah, and he's not dropping Salah.

We can barely afford to sub Salah off as things stand we are never ever 2 or more goals up currently. He carries a massive weight as our attacking force and thankfully is delivering.

Elliot was piss poor in the Plymouth game, so I hope he was aiminhg his peeveness at himself.

Chiesa was nearly as bad, by the way.
