I actually think him being away from SKY until next season is not a bad thing. The furore will have died down somewhat by then. He will have been shown to have been given and accepted punishment to a level, but he still (presumably) gets to return to his career.

My personal opinion is that it crossed the boundary of what is acceptable. I don't even think they can welcome him back after any given amount of time without bringing up the subject matter, which I don't think SKY want to. They want to disassociate themselves from the incident as much as possible.

A middle finger or cuss, yeah it can be laughed at over time by the guys in the studio, but this was quite disgusting tbh.
