They said earlier that sterling has been practising shooting in training. An extra 5 shots on each foot after training finishes. Surely if he really wants to improve and given the fact that most footballers have so much free time, another hour or two everyday when possible would really show dedication.

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers says he has no idea why Raheem Sterling has not committed to a new £5 million a year deal, but insists the delay is no distraction heading into the closing weeks of the season.
Sterling is stalling on a £100,000 a week deal, his advisors pursuing a contract worth nearer £7 million a year - around £150,000 a week.
The 20-year-old has two years left on an existing agreement worth £1.6 million a year, and his fee will be set by a tribunal if he runs his contract down.
“I’m not sure (why there is no agreement). It’s not in my area,” said Rodgers. “I just speak to Raheem about his football and see what goes from there.
“I am quite relaxed about it. He is not going anywhere in a hurry. He has this year and couple of years to go and to anyone looking at it, it is quite obvious – anyone looking at the best interests of Raheem will see Liverpool is the best option for his carer.
"He just turned 20 in December and has 114 appearances in that period, which is remarkable for a young player, and he made it clear he loved being here. For any young player it is the best place to develop and I am sure the club and his representative will find the solution. We have the track record with young players and more players like Raheem will get the opportunity.”
Jordan Henderson is another player in the midst of contract talks, but Rodgers does not believe they are a pressing concern.
“The players are working well and concentrating, and that side of it they leave to their representatives and the club,” he said.
“It is never easy but there are some players on six month and one year contracts who are more insecure so I am sure those two players in particular (Henderson and Sterling) will cope fine because they have two years and a year and a half left on their deal.
"These are players the club want to ensure are here for the future and the model on this club is develop players so it is important we keep them.”
Rodgers has captain Steven Gerrard back in contention for the trip to Swansea on Monday, fit again after a hamstring problem, and Martin Skrtel has recovered from a head injury.
