Whats a Yaya Toure type figure?

    Comment

Lazy and turns up when he wants to ?

Not a Klopp type player that expects high energy and a high work rate - Yaya is the polar opposite of that

Milner is the ultimate Jack of all trades.

Stick him in the number 13 shirt, remove the arm band and he'd get way less heat. I thought he was great on Thurs, a performance where you could see his value to the squad. He'd never be my number 1 pick (assuming a better future squad) but he will put pressure on a number of positions ensure that effort and standards are high, and ultimately you can rely on him doing a job.

If Stevie had crossed the ball for Lovrens goal we'd all be eulogising over captain fantastic. Obviously he's nowhere near Gerrards level, but credit where credits due - he is playing well. And as this thread will testify - I've never been a fan.

EDIT: WTF, I've defended both Milner and Michael Owen this morning tune in later for my post on my undying love of Alan Shearer.

            **** off! Really?

Yep, after he'd told 'em they challenged him to a fight on the concourse at the end. I went for a piss at half-time and it went off again. After the fourth goal we were all hugging

He's a good player to have around as a squad player but I still have no idea what he best position is or what type of player I would describe he as. He in't a CM though.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Really Nicey? I think he's been a very useful I'm demonstrating Klopp's ideas and has made a very satisfactory contribution to the season.

I certainly do believe we can improve on him but that doesn't make him ****.

                      Ha ha! Fair played!

Bet he didn't fancy his chances when they offered him out. lol Some ****ing lunatics at these games, I nearly did it to some guy a few seasons ago who kept me kneeing me in the back the ****ing prick, when I turned round he looked hard as **** so I binned it off!

Sounds like a match thread turned real.

Millers best position is right midfield. In the current set up he should be right of the three behind the striker but that may not happen now due to Can's injury. I don't like a three of Coutinho, Firmino and Lallana, too airy fairy. At least Milner will get to the byline and put a decent cross in.
Brandt - Keita - Van Dijk - Sessegnon

Players often get slagged off when they only do the less visible stuff and people wonder what they contribute but given his massively positive contribution to our goals scored column I find it madness Milner is thought of as ****.
