Someone please tell me what does Henderson offer? Granted he's young and new to the team but most of the Exeter players have shown more talent than him.

Maxi and Meireles should be ahead of him. I'd even think Glen Johnson would be more effective than him on the right wing.

I thought he was decent today.

Made few nice runs and moves on the right, some nice passes too.

Crossing needs to improve but imo today was step up compared to his previous performances.

He's just sooo negative when he's in possession. Frustrating as ****. Whenever he gets the ball he's quite content to pass it backwards or sideways. ****s sake - try and make something happen. If the all our players were like Henderson we wouldn't get past the half way line!

He showed signs of improvement against Arsenal, but had a total relapse tonight. Have a bit of confidence in yourself - it's ****ing Exeter, and you're in the team to make **** happen.

At this rate, he's not going to give Dalglish any problems whatsoever when Gerrard is fit again is he.

Young guy, and has all the attributes. I'm sure he'll improve but ****ing come on. Bit more optimism in your play please!

Still early days but what I saw today made me feel optimistic for the future.

Thought he had a good game tonight. Kept possession well, showed some good touches, popped up all over the park and played a nice ball into Suerz for the second goal.

Not sure what people expect off him to be honest. I have been quite impressed with him so far and I think he has improved every game.

I thought the same. Still long way to go but his movement and touches today were much, much better.

I thought he was ok, but after the Exeter fans got on his back he was poor. I think we at present have better options available to us still.

Great engine, comfortable on the ball. What is evident is that he's playing the safe option, which is to be expected given it's his 3rd game for us.

Played his best game tonight for us IMO.

Went quiet after the penalty incident where he got booked, but I thought he was good.

Still don't think he's good enough to start week in, week out for us yet though.
