Had a decent game yesterday but he still does that dropping off and allowing players to run at him.

He's good enough for now, looking forwards I'd want to find a solid defender who was good on the ball to play next to Sakho. Tbh he's like many in our squad, decent but not quite what you'd want in a title challenging side.Forwards.......Comment

I spotted about four communication issues yesterday between Martin and other players. Two of those, with Clyne & Lallana, directly led to good chances for Spurs. We were solid as a unit yesterday, other than those communication issues.
This is annoying because by and large, as an individual, Skrtel had a very good game up against Harry Kane. But I worry going forward as to how we can expect to build a solid foundation with simple issues like that.
This league as a whole is low on quality. But it is very frustrating that we control teams and stop them creating, only to gift them a chance with no effort on their part.
I don't mind the odd mistake. A simple pass going awry, I guess things like that are hard to completely avoid. But when it's a communication issue, that really winds me up. I hope we can keep this back 4 and then maybe those things will disappear. I just doubt it.Forwards.......Comment

Yeah he's a good CB, be interesting to see what we do in January. Klopp did mention communication in the presser. Hopefully a settled backline and more with on the training pitch will sort that out.Comment
