Funny thing was Rubin Kazan kept looking to target sakho with long diagonals in the second half whereas they would have been much better having a go at skrtel who looked shaky again. Sakho though was imperious last night. His passing between the lines was also excellent.

He's shown in two games what a superb defender he is if he has a manager who believes in him.

He fits Klopp's team like a glove.

Good piece. I'd be amazed if Klopp put up with him and this sort of **** for longer than this season. And yesterday was one of his better games!!

He was great today!! Loved on the first goal he was pushed up high, he didnt get the ball but he was so close to Costa it forced them in to a mistake, we got the ball and ended up scoring.

but not today. today he bossed it.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

He was top class away at Arsenal too. Shame he can't do it consistently.

He was excellent today. Brilliant in every area.
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Been saying it for ages that trio of Skrtel/Sakho /Lucas is class and is our rock . Play a consistent back line and reap the benefits, no brainer. Skrtel is so under rated on here.

Yep, this is the issue. He's so overrated on here.

They are a quality partnership. Hopefully people start to see that they compliment each other's game.

I think he enjoyed that game. Even giving Costa a free pass with that foot in the chest.
