**** Derby, this is a Liverpool forum, you write this as though you are posting on their forum. Who on here has even suggested ibe runs down blind alleys?Originally posted by BigChief View PostWas reading the Derby forum today after their defeat to Forest. Suddenly their other 'wingers' aren't looking as capable. No **** Sherlock, now they'll understand how important Ibe really was when opposition teams don't have to 2 and 3 man mark him leaving the other Derby players with little room to operate. That includes Hughes too.
For those that thought Ibe ran down blind alleys, what choice did he usually have from his teammates? I can't see them coming up without Ibe unfortunately

Misunderstanding. Its the Derby fans that said he runs down blind alleys. Agreed, fck them. Now they'll struggle and realise how much they miss him.Originally posted by BobTheCharmer View Post**** Derby, this is a Liverpool forum, you write this as though you are posting on their forum. Strange decision bringing him back.
In a few weeks, we'll have Gerrard, Lallana, Sturridge all back from injury- meaning he's likely not to make the bench. He's also cup tied for FA and League cup so can't play there.
He was playing every game for Derby, gaining valuable experience.Originally posted by fah-qDidn't someone once see Philip Schofield ****ting into a crisp packet?

2 out of the 3 have been crocked for huge parts of the season & the other isn't right to start every game.Originally posted by meffin View PostStrange decision bringing him back.

I don't see your point at all.

I wonder if he'll be used as a dynamic runner up top / centrally. He's fast, strong and can run with the ball. If he picks up intelligent movement and finishing from Sturridge, he could be sensational. Maybe Brendan's thinking he'll learn more now from higher standard players as a squad option at Liverpool than from Championship players.
Hope so. He might end up brilliant.

I thought he may have been brought back cause we aren't getting Origi early?Originally posted by Daniel 7 View PostI wonder if he'll be used as a dynamic runner up top / centrally. After these 3 tiring cup games all in a row I can see Ibe play a big part while Sterling gets some rest. If not starting, then certainly bigger second half cameos. Starting with West Ham Saturday week.
Lallana and Gerrard offer zero place and directness from midfield. Sturridge is a striker, different position altogether which has nothing to do with Ibe.One tit for another.
