It all seems a bit weird with regard to the coaching staff. You'd think that FSG would have their coaches lined up before binning the current ones, no matter how they did/didn't rate them. But all we hear is how we might be interested in certain coaches, that certain prospective coaches are interested, but also that no contact has been made. Surely this needs sorting asap and we will hear something this week.
It's not like us to let things drag on.

Really, whys that?Originally posted by fidget View PostBy that logic you should have stayed in the smoke Bob.
Or did you relocate via Brighton Pier?
I think if mourinho was begging for the job, even though I hate him, he's the quality that guarantees an improvement. Although with the same restrictions I doubt even he could move us on massively. Klopp has been at one club in another league playing one style of football. Changing the manager without the financial plan and ideology changing will mean only marginal improvements at best. I honestly don't see the point.Always borrow money from a pessimist. He won’t expect it back. Oscar Wilde

Oh I say his vision there was lovely

Staff and players are on holiday at the moment - as long as they're in before the players get back we'll be fine.Originally posted by baronvonskidmark View PostIs it really that clear though? Some names have been linked but that's about it.
It is June, but surely getting them early would be preferable.

A tad sensational i admit, with the 'demands explanation' and 'ready to investigate' bits.
But..... Stevie just can't understand why they were fired.

Steven Gerrard is ready to investigate the reasoning behind Liverpool’s recent sacking of both Mike Marsh and Colin Pascoe.
The decision to remove such a large chunk of the back-room staff came from manager Brendan Rodgers off the back of a disappointing season for Liverpool.
But former England captain and Liverpool midfielder, Gerrard, is keen to know why the pair were removed from their positions.
"I was surprised Brendan Rodgers made changes to backroom staff at Liverpool," said Gerrard. "I will be interested to hear his reasons why.”
Gerrard, who played over 700 games for Liverpool in a 17 year stay at the club was the first to leave Anfield this summer and is expected to be followed out of the door by want away winger Raheem Sterling.
Gerrard spoke out for the first time regarding Raheem Sterling in a recent interview and urged his former team-mate to stay.
Sterling's future
"I hope Raheem stays. For his development and stability. The frustrating thing for me would be if he went to another team and was just a squad player."
Gerrard is moving to the Los Angels Galaxy and will become their latest ex-Premier League star, after the arrival of David Beckham in 2007.
