Pretty sure other team's fans know who their coaching team is mate......

Pako or Sami would both be epic, but I would think that Rodgers would feel under enormous pressure with a proven (kind of) manager working underneath him; not sure he'd accept that. Whether or not it's his choice remains to be seen mind...

not sure if Pako & Rene can work together as both would have own ideas on how to approach coaching so would/could cause conflicts seeing that they have both been successful in their own right in the past.

I don't know if it is true or not, but it always felt like we had a small coaching staff.

Although to be fair to Sami he has managed to do something in a top league that Brendan has yet to do and that is be the manager of a team that finished in a CL spot in back to back seasons.

Bayer came third in the Bundesliga in 2012/13 and fourth in 2013/14. Which makes Sami's sacking a little odd given the club were doing as well as could be expected in that league.

I think it's generally acknowledged that Beyer did well when Sascha Lewandowski was beside Sami Hyypia.
