Have it strong authority that Pako would be delighted to be No 2 at #LFC. Being No 2 at #LFC is bigger than being No 1 at many clubs.
you know how you forget what the world was like before cash machines and the internet, its getting like that with made up bull**** on twitter.

Ayre doesn't need to go anywhere except back to his commerce role full time, which he is good at.Originally posted by DeanoUK View PostRumour has it that Ian Ayre might be the next to go.
(Nicking this anaology from somewhere else...) so we have a problem with our engine, we've gotten rid of the wing mirrors and now maybe the steering wheel. Presumably Brenden's gift of the gab has worked wonders on FSG.
If he is being moved though (be it out the front door or sideways) again this points to a DoF being brought in.

I think you're probably right!Originally posted by tanner View PostI have to be honest and say that the analogy really wasn't worth nicking
That sort of post just reeks of people that are bitter not everyone loves Rodgers and will look at any reason to defend him. Very good. Although in that case you're as potent as Liverpool's attack last season.Originally posted by James P View PostI could manage in life without the number 9. However, I defy you to get through just one day without needing a p.
That did make some sort of sense in my head before I posted it.Oh I don't know.

Well I don't and never have loved Rodgers. Pretty sure I never will. I just think there were enough mitigating circumstances going on last season to deal with that entitles the bloke to have another crack this year. I've never bought into his bull**** from day one, therefore perhaps I'm coming from a different angle to many. An impartial view if you like. I think some of his past lovers maybe feel hurt that he wasn't the messiah they had believed him to be and thats why the anger and bitterness is seeping out of every pore.Originally posted by DeanoUK View Post

He's here, let's just get behind him.
I think that like Rodgers or loath Rodgers the bit in bold is the way to go until we find out if we need a new manager or not. It looks like the man has another season in which to show whether or not we need that new manager, and with a little bit of more firepower last season we might well have seen Rodgers finishing the season getting more kudos than criticism.
He will not be above criticism when he cocks up next season, but he should also not have praise withheld when he does right.
He may not be the easiest man to like, but I have little doubt that he will be doing his best to try and ensure no repeat (or worsening) of last season's results.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

From May last year.
“For me, it’s about planning. We have the core of the squad now,” Rodgers explained to the club’s official website.
“I don’t want to put a figure on how many (players) but I would rather have one or two absolute top players than seven that might not help us.
“It’s about the quality. We can’t be going into the Champions League this year with doubts about players"
It seems that he was happy with the squad side of things last season and agreed that we just needed to add top quality. What has changed in that period? Why are we now once again seemingly looking to add yet more squad players 3 years into his master plan?
I think the "squad" is all right as it is, we only need to add top quality. Its amazing what a difference a top talent or two will make to the rest of the squad. Players who now seem bang average can often raise their game because of it.
When I look back on this interview and see where we are now, I really can't find any other conclusion than Brendan's out of idea's and wants to start all over again.SakhoPotatoes
