Thanjk you.

Good luck Brendan! 13/14 was so much fun, some of the stuff we were doing often had me laughing not just celebrating, it was madness.
Still think he can be an excellent coach somewhere, a break will do him good and judging by his pre LFC time he was travelling around the world learning from different coaches so a bit more of that, learning from his time here etc he'll be alright.
I agree with this. Such a shame it ended this way but the inevitability has been building in past month.
You know your days are numbered when MrM gives up on you.
Well done Brendan, I'm 40 years old and in all that time as a Liverpool fan I've never experienced the hope and emotion from our 2013 campaign that you and the team gave me and our supporters. I think it's clear to see that little Louis Suarez was inspirational and the whole team was lifted by his world class performances and pushed us to the very brink of the title.
Thank you Brendan for nurchuring his talent and that of sturridge, sterling and coutinho. I wish you well in your new direction, YNWA

I think he missed his biggest chance and some silly comments didn't help him. He'll need to reign in his ego and start from scratch.
I honestly thought he'd be our version of Fergus on and be here for decades
He was just too inexperienced, he didn't know what to do far too often. How we appointed a manager with no real experience of Europe is beyond me. I think the big job came too early for him, ten years more experience with decent clubs and things may have been different.

I was saying similar here when the news broke - I don't really like the triumphalism that goes with him losing his job, he is a bloke trying to do a good job after all, he didn't want to be sacked!
13/14 was the best fun I have had as an adult watching Liverpool, my son and I were agog going to the game that season. I hope he does well in the future, because ultimately he seems a decent man.
Agreed, nothing to shout about, he said some daft things recently but he's a good guy and we had some good times! 13/14 was absolutely epic, we might not see a team playing that style again in our lifetimes, just gutting we couldnt get a few more points but still, rocking up to grounds like "you can score 3 we'll just score more" was ****ing hilarious.
Just logged onto the WiFi in Cardiff airport to see this news. So relieved! Right decision, better late than never. Job was too big for him, best of luck in the future.
