This is true to a small extent, but it's a two legged tie, right?

To summarise 180 minutes of football plus injury time involving a total of 6 scored goals, plenty of missed chances and other mistakes (defensive or otherwise), in such a way as to say it was decided by one defensive error is simply, er, simple.
    Oh I don't know.

Carra's mistake didn't help lastnight but we would of still got through if BR hadn't fcuked up the subs again, we were on the front foot having just scored and were turning the screw nicely. Then Shelvey who now happens to be one of the worst players ive seen in a red shirt, can't pass, can't tackle what the hell is he good at?

Thats it, seasons over in Febuary..
Thank you FSG and BR for a fcuking ****e season.

And thank you for your enlightened opinion.

Earlier in the season he was getting **** for his starting side, which was supposedly highlighted by the way his substitutions improved the team. I'm not sure we have the right perspective on him yet.

I think we've got to remember this is Rodgers' first venture into Europe.

I believe he - on a personal level - will have learnt from this experience. He spoke before the game about breaking the game into quarters and a plan for each stage; perhaps he followed this to the letter and the subsitutions were part of a premeditated plan. Maybe next time, he will allow the flow of the game to influence his decisions.

If that is how it went down, obv.

I was surprised, and admittedly disappointed, when Brendan said in an interview before the match that Luis Garcia's winner v Chelsea in 2005 was not a goal. He was on the Chelsea bench that day apparently and it must still grate him that he missed out on the final.

                  Why were you surprised?

I heard it referred to by a commentator the other day as the 'ghost goal'.

It astounds me how people still can't get over that while at the same time never acknowledging it would have been a red card for Cech and and penalty if it wasn't given.

                    Chelski got off lightly.

You can't make a claim regarding the substitutes, you are conjecting and seem to be unable to distinguish that from fact.

What did you expect this season? Seriously and why is it FSG's fault?
You seem to just come on to moan without saying anything intelligent.

It was the Swansea game which was moved wasn't it?

Dunno - if so what game should've been last weekend?

Because I expected him to be more diplomatic maybe, like saying who knows if it was a goal or that it does not matter now.

Well last weekend was FA Cup - no other league games were played. Our game with Swansea was moved from this weekend because they're in the Capital One Cup final.
