We should be aiming for at least one Nobel prize next season..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

In my opinion next season Rogers needs a cup win and to be in the hunt for top 4 until the end of the season, that will then show really show progress any lower and I would question if he is the right manager to take the team forward, also stop buying Swansea players more like Coutinho please"All I'll ever do is all I've ever done in any job, and that's promise to fight for my life for the supporters and the people of the city"

I just want to see us continue with improving the football we play as some of our play this season has been first rate. That combined with sorting out our defensive mistakes. That will have us finishing higher and challenging for cups and CL places. If it still looks like we're progressing, however slowly, then I'll be satisfied I think.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

I think that's really encouraging. +28 GD too. I've always thought goal difference is an underrated barometer of where you're at. I know ultimately it's about points and where you finish but it's a definite plus. We've been hammering **** teams, bar the odd blip, and that's what the top teams do.Originally posted by kingfunk View Post@AccioMaria: This season, Liverpool have outscored City (71 goals vs 66) and conceded as few as United (43). So we’ve finished 9 points better off than last season, it’s fair to say that Rodger’s has delivered solid progress in the league in his first season.
The improvement in the Goals For and Goal Difference columns is especially promising.

Out of interest, here's how our points difference on last season compares to other teams:
Chelsea +11 pts
Liverpool +9
Everton +7
Arsenal +3
Spurs +3
West Brom +2
Man Utd =
Everyone else - minus.

Perhaps but if we buy the right players I personally think we'll be fine, in recent years all of our sensible signings have settled from day one - Meireles, Suarez, Enrique, Coutinho, SturridgeOriginally posted by Nigey View PostIf we have to rebuild an entire defence I reckon it'll be another season of transition next year. Losing Pepe, Carra and maybe Skrtel in one transfer window is going to be impossible to recover.
