I imagine this whole thing is getting annoying for you, which is fair enough, but I ****ing hate that argument when it is used against people.

I love Liverpool but unfortunately I don't make it to many games due to a mixture of my financial situation and the inability really to get tickets, doesn't mean I don't love the club as much as someone who sits in the Kop.

It really is a ****house argument to make.

We strengthened the first team in January as well. Our form post January was top 4-calibre. We've improved the goalkeeping position, signed a top CB in Toure and gained better options in midfield and attack. Still a week and a half to go yet in the window so I'm not losing any sleep at all.

Im not 100% happy with it, no.

I feel we have improved the squad and we need players to improve the first team, which we are actively trying to do. I dont think the blame of this not happening yet can be placed at FSG's door though.

Not really sure how I feel about it to be honest. We've got 11 days. Just feel as a club we're letting the likes of Gerrard down. This season is probably his chance to get us into the CL. He deserves to be there. So much upheaval at other clubs, we should be making a big signing

Yeah. I think I think more about the emotive side of it rather than winning etc.

If we wanted to go down the path of investing in youth etc, then maybe give the likes of Gerrard and even Suarez the opportunity to go out and play at the top level there is. Gerrard more so.

Would be interested to hear what the senior players make of this transfer window if I had to guess I would say they are not impressed

Not quite sure how your opinion of what other people might possibly think amounts to support for your position.

My feeling is that we have for the second window running strengthened. I think Toure was an excellent capture, we kept Suarez which is a significant plus. We also added the right qualities to the squad players. The squad now has a distinctive balance and looks like it is well suited to playing in Rodgers favoured style/styles.

Clearly we have not been able to make the big move we wanted to. But other players in the market were better placed and even some of them have not be able to do so (see Arsenal).
