We refused to pay £30 odd Million for Willian, which is probably a lot more than he is worth, so we basically didn't let ourselves get ****ed over a transfer fee again, so yep, nothing wrong there.

The money is available to Rodgers, as shown already, if the player doesnt want to come to us im not sure how that is FSG's fault.

The money is clearly there to spend - what won't happen is us spending over the odds for players it seems. I can't see any way that this is a bad thing, otherwise we will all be moaning about another Carroll / Downing if the player doesn't live up to the price tag.

It's easy to point the finger and blame FSG - the truth for me is simply that we aren't many players first option right now.
