Or just be given the time we all as fans promised we would. If I started my job and 4 months in was expected to produce reports that could make or break my company I would think that was a tad unfair.

Worrying thing is it is the same mistakes are been made, put us under pressure and we fold I really think he needs to consider a different formation as 4 - 3 -3 is not working and leaves us too exposed.
