yeah but that's grown over the years and they have people in it who have played football at the very top level making the decisions.you can't just throw a few people in a room and say now that's a commitee.

in hindsight a DoF would have been a better choice and in time maybe give more people a say in the matter and slowly you get a good group of people steering in the right direction

Yes it has been developed over a period of time, but I was using them as an example to counter the comment about how there is not one club using a committee system that works.


Also I think that Ajax, Juve, and Porto have a similar system in place so it is not an uncommon thing amongst successful clubs. I agree that the right people are needed for it to work very well, but the same could be said for any transfer system be it reliant on one person or a team of people.
