I think we'll miss him when he's gone! We do really need to start planning for life without him though. I think we're reasonably well set with a young, dynamic, mobile, midfield options though. I think the main issue will be losing his leadership and experience though. We've got a very inexperienced midfield as it is.

Assuming Gerrard retires in about 2 years, Henderson will then be 26. Hopefully should have 2 years of Champions League experience added to that. He has the mentality to step up as a leader in midfield and possibly captain us. I think Henderson could be world-class.
