Thanjk you.

I honestly don't understand why people who knowingly state views which go against the grain, who recognise that they might get some jip for doing so, get so uppity when it happens.
Your opinion is fair enough. But so is the criticism of it.
What I find so fascinating is that it's actually against the grain. I simply can't understand that tbh. Maybe that is the hang up.
I don't mind criticism at all but why am I a lesser supporter for my input?
We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold.
Cant speak for Pablo, but I think his comment was slightly tongue in cheek. Based off the fact you were criticising on the back of a friendly match.
I have been criticizing (as nicely as possibly) for 4 years
There is no doubt he is a good player. We just need better now. He used to be world class 4 or 5 years ago. He hasn't been world class for a long time bar a few games. He lost too much pace which he really depended on.
There is no way we can win the league with Gerrard in the starting XI this year.
I read that Carragher felt humiliated the last year at Anfield on the bench. How would Gerrard feel?
If we want to progress further Rodgers needs to handle this issue. It will probably be the most important and defining moment in his Anfield career.

He has already hinted that he might copy Lampard and look to the USofA in the future.
A lot depends on how he performs this season, he has not been great for a while, I'm sure he knows it too.. Let's see how BR deals with it. Emre Can, Henderson, Lucas, there is plenty of cover.
Not quite true, he was incredibly good for us for a long stretch of last season, at least untill the slip. DOn't care how he plays for a English team where nobody performs.
If he plays up to the standards of last season, he will have plenty to offer us still.
