Actually it would be funny if he did return to play and in a dead rubber (having won the first leg of the EL quarter finals 4-0) Klopp started him and he was withdrawn after 15 mins gasping for breath and red as a beetroot. Fine, we all have a player who we grow to dislike, Gerrard is mine.

Rodgers should have been so much stronger with him instead of attempting to placate a busted flush.

I'd have binned him in 2010, would have got 20 million back then. Trouble is Hodsgon was the manager and one Poulson was more than enough....ah well.
