Thanjk you.

IF Jurgen wants him as part of his coaching staff then so be it. If he's wanting to train with the squad in his off season then so be it. I really can't see Stevie doing a job aged 35 years in Klopp's system based on Stevies form with us last season.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.
I don't like the idea of him playing for us again at all. He is turning 36 and he is not anywhere near the pace needed at a top level, although some fans have trouble excepting this.
He should finish his contract in LA then come back in a coaching role
I think your categories are a little too black and white though
He hates the UK wants to live anywhere but here but he certainly doesnt enjoy LA life, he hates the traffic, the cost of living in the place etc..
I think he will move soon either another state or to Australia (hes lived there before). The problem that I see is that what my mate wants no longer exists in the places he wants to go
He wants the cheap American easy life of the 70's & 80's or the cheap Australian lifestyle of the 90's, where you got paid reasonable money and the cost of living was low and you are only a few minutes walk from the coast etc..
Those places are now generally expensive to live and unless you choose to live in the less desirable places out in the sticks you are not going to find that standard of living
There are huge parts of the US which are stuck in the 50s .. the simple life is still there .. perhaps a pipe dream but its there but probably with crystal meth and high unemployment ...actually off the top of my head ..Asheville, North Carolina is awesome, cheap by international standards, lots of cool shops, restaurants, a bit of lefty enclave, I could live there in a heartbeat .. great outdoors .. great coffee .. wifi .. great food .. and a 60 flight commute to NYC
But getting back to my original point ... Yes people fall into two cathergories .. Those who Expat and Does who Ship Hp Sauce .. I am right you are wrong ...**** you
Not as a player. Time has caught up with him, and he physically can't perform to the standard required. I'd hate for the legacy he built as arguably our greatest player to be tarnished by playing a few substandard games, because of Old Father Time.
If he were to come back in a coaching capacity, I think in Klopp we have a manager of a high enough profile, with a strong personality to be able to deal with any potential issues if Gerrard overstepped his remit and started gegging in on first team affairs
Be interesting to see how this plays out.
Not as a player .. please no ... also as a coach .. I would rather him come back in 2 years to give the current squad a little respite from playing in his all pervasive shadow
Bad Idea all around at this stage if you ask me ... we need to break from the past .. write new chapters
