Host a pic somewhere, and then post the link on here, in the middle of [ IMG] and [/ IMG].
Same way everyone else posts pictures

You need the proper URL for the picture - which will usually have 'jpg' in it somewhere, if it's a JPEG file, or 'bmp' if it's a Bitmap file....etcComment
