It is interesting and pretty unpredictable which managers Rafa gets on with - you would never have guessed Pulis and Keane would you?

Also I read somewhere that when Stoke were promoted that Pulis said they would spend N years (I think N=3 but can't be bothered checking) consolidating with the same system and then expand in the N+1th. The suggestion was that this was the season of change. I wonder if Rafa will be advising him on how to do that.

Oh! I never knew about Rafa being at Stoke / being mates with Pulis.

Looking forward to seeing him back in management. He should've taken time out once he left us - hopefully he'll be back in the game shortly though.

I've never liked Pullis, but if he keeps out of that brigade, i might start to like him, which i'm sure he'll be utterly relieved about
