Rafa would be an idiot to take that position.

They don't need rebuilding, they need a miracle.

You would think, but a chance to manage back in Spain? You can tell he's desperate to get back into management, he hates this tv malarky

He's always had offers on the table ED, even recently... He's just waiting on a proper project that can tide him over for the next 4 years until he comes back here.
                  Hello mert.

Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly confirm Carlo Ancelotti as their new boss on Wednesday afternoon.

According to L'Equipe and Le Parisien, the Italian coach, who has been out of the game since being sacked by Chelsea at the end of last season, has agreed terms on a contract which will net him €500,000 per month over the next two-and-a-half years, thus making him the highest-earning coach in Ligue 1 history.

Ancelotti will be assuming control of the club from Antoine Kombouare, who has yet to be officially sacked.

PSG are currently top of Ligue 1 but the club's Qatari owners have apparently lost patience with Kombouare following his failure to lead the team into the knockout stages of the Europa League.

It has also been widely reported that the owners have long sought a more high-profile coach and Ancelotti, a two-time Champions League winner with former club AC Milan, appears to be seen to fit that billing.

Interesting, expect a Kaka bid in January then and maybe Pato?

Also I have seen mentioned a few times that Ancelotti is Levy's first choice when Arry gets the England job

Hopefully! Would be good to see another team threaten in the CL over the next few years.

Will Rafa ever get another job?!

Carlo's just about the only other manager in world football with that level of achievement.

Another stupid decision by Abramovich - Carlo Ancelotti, won it all with AC Milan, won a double as his employee vs the next young thing with Porto

I just hope Rafa isn't holding out for Spurs or Arsenal - I'd hate that.
