The list of managers they've had since Abramovich took over in 2003 really is embarrasing
Claudio Ranieri
Jose Mourinho
Avram Grant
Luiz Felipe Scolari
Guus Hiddink
Carlo Ancelotti
Andre Villas Boas
Roberto Di Matteo
All sacked apart from Hiddink who only agreed to take over on a short term basis, add another manager on a short term basis before they try for Pep in the summer
We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.

It's not about Chelsea doing well. It's about a man who I respect and admire not having to suffer abuse from the scummy chav fans who know nothing about football and to suffer the indignity of being replaced after half a season by Abramovich.Originally posted by AnfieldForever View Post
Even the biggest Rafanboi couldn't change their stance on Chelsea even if the messiah went there?

Yep. Makes no odds really - we all support LFC. The rest - meaningless. However, I want them all to finish above/beat United. The "best of the rest" option for me at the minute is City. However if Rafa went there it'd become Chelsea from my POV. None of it matters cos it all pales next to how we feel about LFC, but it'd just mean I'd rather they did better than United and City. It'd be amusing to see Rafa succeed there and get right under Ferguson's purple skin.Originally posted by RedReet View Post@ AF
I'd want Chelsea to finish above United as always and with Rafa there I would actively cheer them on.Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Exactly, I don’t really know any Chelsea fans so don’t have to worry if they are successful, but ****ing hate United fans and all those other cunts who ‘support’ other teams but revel in United’s success.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostYep. Plus we have more chance of eventually regaining our league title advantage if he’s successful. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Rafael Benitez is set to be appointed the next Chelsea manager in time to take charge of the club’s clash with Manchester City on Sunday, Goal.com understands.
The former Liverpool boss is expected to be handed a short-term contract by the European champions and confirmed as Di Matteo’s replacement within the next 48 hours.
Chelsea have turned to Benitez after Pep Guardiola indicated that he wants to continue his sabbatical from football and not return to management before next summer.
Despite reports that there has been no contact between the European champions and Benitez, it is understood that a deal is being brokered for the Spaniard to be installed at Stamford Bridge imminently.
Discussions are centring on the length of the contract and the personal terms. Sources have told Goal.com that Benitez is willing to take the job until the end of the season and he is not expected to be given a long-term deal.
Chelsea expect that 52-year-old will be in the dugout for Sunday afternoon’s Premier League match at home to Man City.
Benitez was in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday afternoon speaking at a coaching seminar before preparing to return to the UK, where he lives with his family in Merseyside, overnight.
Speaking to Sport360, the Spaniard declared that he has an interest in the vacant Chelsea manager’s job and hinted that his representatives had been busy in recent days.
Benitez, who has not worked in management since being fired by Inter Milan in December 2010, said he has been waiting for a “top side who can win things”.
When asked about taking the Stamford Bridge job on a short-term basis, Benitez said: “I have to talk with my agent and see what he has been doing the last couple of days. But I am just trying to go to a team that can win. So we will find ways to have a challenge like this.”
“In football a lot of people are talking so we will see what happens in the next few days. I am looking for a club that can challenge for trophies and Chelsea is one of these clubs.”Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

if he is it will be great to see him on the touchline again. though terrible it being for that shower of ****e.
not sure going there is a good move you just know lamps jt etc will be in contact with a manager at a club in spain who play all in white.
however he is running out of options and needs to manage again to remind people of his abilities.

You know how much I idolise Rafa, as many of us on here do, but....John Terry? Ashley Cole? Numerous others. I just couldn't do it. My best of the rest would still have to be City I think.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostYep. Makes no odds really - we all support LFC. The rest - meaningless.
