I don't doubt that Klose was an excellent player but for me not elite level CF - think of when he was at his peak in the mid 2000s you had Ronaldo, Raul, Henry, RVN, Eto'o, Batistuta, Owen, Fowler, Suker, Vieri, Del Piero, Rooney, Zlat, Larsson, Crespo, Drogba, Torres, Shevchenko - any of those would have been at bigger club sides than lazio where he spent a lot of his career

Klose spent nine of his prime years at Munich & Lazio. That's as good a combination as most players on this list.

No way should we sell Can. He was brilliant after he got over his injury problems and he will only get better. He is also one of the very few players who can actually put his foot in.

He is our beef. Brave and hard as ****. Also has that very German knack of giving away a snide free kick at the right time and in the right place. We need to keep him.
