He's showing impressive work rate & whilst he continues to show that he'll get no abuse from me. His aim going forwards is to contribute towards more goals & I doubt I'd have to tell him that.

But if the team is winning & performing whilst he's in it, regardless of where the goals come from I'm happy he's in it.

I personally think he needs to be a bigger goal threat and provide more assists but thats something you could also level at a number of players in our squad

Even somebody like Coutinho can be criticised for this imo

No goals or assists today, but a few times he was involved in the build up. Do I care if he's not getting that final pass or goal if we are winning 6-1? Does anyone really care?

As Koeman found out in the second half, football isn't as simple as putting on all your goal threats and winning a game.

Perhaps we should start a table of assist assists. I'm sure Lallana would be up there somewhere. For example he ran down and passed to Can who then set up Sturridge for his second. Some players wouldn't track that well let alone cushion a little pass after steaming in that fast to rob the ball off the opposition.

Watch it again and you'll see that he pressured the defender then cushioned a nice pass to Can who then had time to rabona it for his assist.

You have an ingrained hatred of Lallana and have done since day 1 (before he had even kicked a ball)

Yes he needs to up his game and provide more goal threat and assists but to liken him to Cleverley is an absolute ****ing joke and to single him out in the Swansea game is extremely laughable (Firmino was just as ****ing bad)

I don't believe a rabona needs to be a cross or pass but he certainly crossed his right leg behind his left to move the ball away from the defender and give himself time and space to make the assist.
