This guy knows what he's doing, doesn't he.

I'd like to think that a lot of the niggles and strains players have been suffering from will ease as they get use to the high intensity style in training and matches. When that happens and we can go full tilt for the 90 mins, we'll be an absolute nightmare to play against.

It's a weird state of affairs when you fear matches against likes of Sunderland etc, more so than than big teams.

We have to enjoy him, perfect coach for us.

Yep, Hull at home looks like a massive potential banana skin from here. That said, if we play like we did first 45 yesterday we shouldn't fear anyone. It's expecting to win rather than warning that lets us down, so mentality rather than ability - something I am sure Klopp will be on top off.

Playing in front of the new stand must be a massive boost also.

          Exciting times!

if we match that intensity against the lesser sides, we really should be blitzing them. Sometimes it's just hard to know what you're going to get from Liverpool. It's looking good though, don't wanna say too much and jinx it

New stand is brilliant, extra atmosphere will needed.

Klopp made the right subs at the right times yesterday. Being able to bring Origi on was a smart move, really thought we might nick a 3rd after Chelsea started to be more aggressive.

I don't think it's about matching the lesser sides intensity. It's about being patient and disciplined when you are camped in the opposition territory because you know even the likes of Hull will have a few opportunities to counter when they aren't parking the bus.

As amazing as last night was and I love Klopp, I think we're all getting a tad carried away and are creaming ourselves a bit prematurely.

I'm going to wait and see how the next 3 or 4 games go as it's well within our own capacity to self-destruct especially against dross, we've burnt in the past.

If we can win the next few then I will be creaming myself.

Apart from under Rodgers, Always thought we stood a chance against the bigger sides. Klopp's record is something else though 2 defeats in 14 against Scum, City, Chelsea, Arsenal & Spurs...... Very impressive.

                    • Hull (h)
                    • Swansea (a)
                    • Man Utd (h)
                    • West Brom (h)
                    • C Palace (a)
                    • Watford (h)

the next 6 we will be expected to win and more nervous about the above than last night.

A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

He's only added Mané, Matip and Gini but he's improved almost all of them and more to the point there is a clear plan, a method and a style. He's a brilliant football manager and an insanely likeable - no, lovable - fella. I'm crazy about him
Last night while I was watching the match, my wife spent the whole time on her phone (she's not into football at all).

After the final whistle she was talking to me about her visit to her doctor yesterday. While she was talking, Sky's interview with Klopp came on.

So I was looking at her and nodding at the right moments while listening to our boss.

She said "Sorry, I know you want to listen to him", to which I replied "It's ok love, carry on".

She grabbed the remote and rewound it saying "Well, I love listening to him".

That's the Jurgen effect. Everyone loves him.

Last night was the turning point for me and proof that this team is going places. Like Shag said Klopp has only added a few players but he has transformed the entire team into a complete working unit.

We finally look like a team that can compete at the top of the league and having no European football is allowing Klopp to have more time with the team to instill his mentality. We look a match for anyone and over the coming months it will only get better as the team gels and the partnership of Matip and Lovren matures. The defence will only get stronger imo with Karius set to come in at some point. Also Milne at LB is proving to be working well

The guy is a revelation at the club.
