I don't think he should be under any pressure whatsoever. He has improved everything about the club and got us back to a position where we have become an attractive destination for top players.

Would Naby Keita have signed for us without Klopp. Van Dijk chose us because of Klopp (it wasn't Klopp that ducked that transfer). If we have a good season again, and I personally think we will, then imagine who we can attract in the future. He is 2 years into a 6 year contract and we are getting better.

Look at the players he's improved and some of the signings he's made. Mane and Salah were not viewed as amazing signings by the supporters and both have been amazing.

    What price Mane now?

We're quite a while off being a top class team imo which is why we will struggle this year. I like Klopp but he's putting himself under enormous pressure now, **** up on Weds and the fans will be on his back.
We brought in a new LB and another winger, Ox can cover wing and midfield so we addressed alot of those areas in the summer and I think that we did decent business with the players that we signed, pluse we have Keita to come which is great.

The problem is that the number one priority had to be to bring in a CB and we failed to do that. I like Klopp but the decision not to sign a CB was complete madness, I don't know what he/the club were thinking. Wherever we end up this season I think that almost the entire fan base will be thinking 'what if we had signed a CB', I know I am sounding like a broken record but everytime we drop points due to defensive errors that decision puts Klopp under pressure and IMO will be the one that defines our season.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

No, but you cannot start new cycles every 3 / 4 years. We've been doing this since the day Kenny left in 1991. It's short termism. Klopp is amongst the top 3/4 managers in world football and most of the fanbase wanted him. Doesn't make any sense to get on his back less than 10 games into a new season.
        Are we winning?

          Absolutely.

We boast ourselves to be one of the best set of fans in world football, who know our football and have a habit of giving managers time to apply their knowledge over a period of time.

Love us under Klopp in general, would love us to smash teams every game but football doesn't work like that.

Mane , Salah and Keita are great signings for us long term,

Seems to be the case with City and Utd. That said, people were declaring us a genuine title challengers when we were smashing teams left right and centre.

Exactly they have started like we did last year.

We have had a good start by Klopp. Now we have to keep the faith.

                  Oh! Ewwww!
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

They've started like they started last year. Didn't they win their first 7 or something?

                      Last 3 games:

Man City away: we were doing well until the sending off

Seville: Very slick. So impressive in possession. There isn't a team like that in the PL.

Burnley: Probably the antithesis of all we know and love about football

There are definitely some concerns but these would have been highlighted in the last couple of weeks.

I think the next month or so will be the real marker of where we are at

Yeah and everybody said they would walk the league instead of scrambling around with us for 3rd and 4th

So it has been our wasteful attack that has caused us to drop points all along

But the real story is here, we actually don't give up many chances but the ones we do are high quality chances.

That's actually surprisingly poor from Utd. The only difference is De Gea saves those clear cut chances and instead of going to 1-1 Utd go on to win those squeaky games 4-0. *******s.

Chelsea and Spurs are in the right place but for the wrong reasons considering we're so close to them in the league. Are they too defensively averse? We should be somewhere in the middle, would help if all our defenders weren't brain fart specialists.
                              One tit for another.

So basically in terms of clear cut chances against, on double figures, there is us, along with Stoke, Brighton, West Ham, Swansea, and Bournemouth.

Early days of course, but not exactly sterling company to be keeping.

And makes for very poor reading when we concede so many clear cut chances from being the team with the second least amount of shots against in the league.

I think the real story is that you don't need to create a lot of chances against us in order to score. Create three to four chances against us in a game and chances are good that you have a goal.

Our clear cut chances against percentage is more than double the league average. Is an awful statistic for a team looking to finish top four.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
