That was fascinating, at first I was concerned that he was giving away too much but ultimately the fluidity with which he expects his team to play involves a level of detail that one hour on SKY will not give harm.
All other teams know now is that we are going to be a nightmare to play against.
The other thing Klopp brings is a mentality in defeat or on going a goal down and I think it is a mentality of winning that he is hopefully managing to I still in the team.
His philosophies on management would be as interesting as his theories on tactics.
I love how he does not pander to the rigidity of common formations, it seemed to perplex Carra and the other dude.
Klopp
He could be the best signing we've made in the last nearly 30 years.
Fergie used to have this mentality too, you concede and you score and outscore the opposition. Gets ingrained in you in the end and look what he did at United, completely transformed that football club. No wonder he was ****ting himself when Klopp signed for us.
He ran the show tonight, even using the screen. Carragher and Jones were hanging on his every word. His ideas on formations are very similar to Guardiola's.
The way he talks about football shows he understands the processes behind ideas, rather than merely trying to copy, without understanding how it works.
Imagine listening to the crap coming from Pardew, Pulis, Moyes, and even Allardyce.
Jones was captivated by him haha!
I've only watched up to where he was an ex-footballer as I had to nip out, going to catch up with the rest of it now.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
I have never had a mancrush but Klopp has changed that. Every interview I am absolutely mesmorised by his way of talking about things. We're so lucky to have him, I feel like I'm going to wake up any minute and it'll have been a dream.
Like it looks like we have in the early games this season, particularly at home, we need to absolutely roar throughout every game and give him the atmosphere he deserves. I had to give up my season ticket a few years ago as I was young and couldn't afford it any longer but I so wish I had it back (just not in the upper C as the atmosphere was embarressing with the fellars around me constantly moaning).
