Except BobOriginally posted by Liverpel View PostLast night while I was watching the match, my wife spent the whole time on her phone (she's not into football at all).
After the final whistle she was talking to me about her visit to her doctor yesterday. While she was talking, Sky's interview with Klopp came on.
So I was looking at her and nodding at the right moments while listening to our boss.
She said "Sorry, I know you want to listen to him", to which I replied "It's ok love, carry on".
She grabbed the remote and rewound it saying "Well, I love listening to him".
That's the Jurgen effect. Everyone loves him.

Everybody loves him, except my Dad who thinks that he's a scruffy get.
I think Klopp understands the league better this season, he's still learning. He is ****ing awesome and there's nobody I'd rather have as our manager. The enthusiasm, the rapport he has with the fans and the connection with and respect from the players is transforming this club. I'm not getting carried away, but we really could win the league this season or next. We are definitely improving and emerging into a team with a winning mentality. We're exciting again and we're playing smart football, we appear to have a strategy for most situations on the pitch. I can overlook the odd Burnley-style result as long as we can see the progression overall.

He's great entertainment but more importantly we are great entertainment because of him. I wouldn't want any other manager in the world & we are the envy of clubs world wide because he's ours.Originally posted by Nicey View PostIf you cannot love this guy time to stop watching football

Its like a dream come through ... I love watching us play ... sure things still annoy me, like Migs inability to find a man from kick off or Alberton channeling the spirit of Enrique on instagram ... but overall we along with Pepe Guardiola's team are the most attractive football team in the lg. You get the sense he can out think the opposition, reminded me of Rafa at his highest .. we feared no one, I am thoroughly enjoying watching this team / project developAnybody who criticizes Klopp ever is a James Blunt. I don't love him, you are correct. I'm pleased he's our manager and long may that continue, but I'll refrain from any love until he delivers something telling such as a trophy, you know, the usual basic requirement before folk go all giddy.Originally posted by SB View PostExcept Bob

I think he's great but yes I agree with this. Until he has some silverware in the cabinet he's at risk of the same fate as all lads who don't deliver them, the sack and ultimately the disdain of large portions of the fanbase.Originally posted by BobTheCharmer View PostI don't love him, you are correct. I disagree. Dalglish didn't do so well in his second term but still is held in the highest regard.Originally posted by G View PostI think he's great but yes I agree with this. Liverpool have no right to be winning stuff with the fact we're 5/6th in terms of spend/wages and the like. I'll settle for him making us competitive, entertaining me and doing the best we can. Winning stuff i'll take as a bonus.

funny was thinking after the game on Friday night what Klopp would have done with Breandan's team that nearly won the league. Suarez, Sterling and Sturridge all on fire, Henderson playing the football of his career, Gerrard in midfield.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostThis guy. This ****ing guy. He's unbelievable. I am really not one to lay into Brendan, but Klopp is levels above. He's only added Mané, Matip and Gini but he's improved almost all of them and more to the point there is a clear plan, a method and a style. He's a brilliant football manager and an insanely likeable - no, lovable - fella. I'm crazy about him
