Correct, the ref knew it was a dive and yet didn't book the cunt. If those in charge aren't taking this seriously then it's effectively a green light to cheating cunts.

This form of diving where you stop playing the game and dive or otherwise move into contact created by the 'fouled' player is incredibly hard for a ref to clamp down on without VAR. Unfortunately, as we've seen, even then the idiots are hoodwinked by it as it's not something they are looking for. Spurs do it so often I am absolutely positive it's either under instruction or at least organised by a group of players sharing cheating strategies.

What a **** rule then. Nothing was given, but it was a blatant dive. What's the deterrent then if you only get punished after winning a penalty? Roy Keane missed the CL final by taking a red to help getting United there. Surely 99% of players will still dive if the worst punishment is getting a two game ban after the penalty is given. Players take professional reds for much less reward.

Oh I agree and being known as a cheating diving cunt isn't a deterrent either. Pochiticino seems to abide it at best, at worst he encourages it.
