its pretty common on all heat maps that the halfway line looks oddly empty, when humans are plotting touches they seem to decide its one side of the line or other.

I watched on TV and, if he was MoTM, the 'judge' must have been blind. Defensively he was poor, and he struggled to work out what the attacker on that - Greelish - wanted of him. And the natural curl of a right footed long pass is rarely an asset when played from the left because the ball moves away from the attacker.

Having said that, Kane gets my award as the player that contributed most negatively to the performance. He got in the way in midfield and Watkins showed more endeavour and creativity in his short cameo than Kane managed in his much longer stint. Just a typical performance from him nowadays.
