Kweev is still better than all but a handful of prem keepers out there.
All these things can be true at the same time IMO.
On fitness and general availability, few can argue the Ali misses more games than most keepers. You could argue that Kweev hasn't faced the same relentless pressure season in, season out, but the bottom line is he's always fit when called upon and that's a big plus.
