Don't see how the club could possibly turn down that sort of money for him at the moment. I call 100% bull****.

He just doesn't fit our system now. His best qualities are wasted, he gets **** all chances created for him with our more controlled/slow build up and his confidence is rock bottom. Just don't see how this current situation can carry on tbh.

Form is one thing, but we just don't play to his strengths. Even after half an hour against AS we didn't change our style to suit him.

I'm one of the few that like him but the writing is on the wall for him and it'd definitely be the best for all if he found a new club, especially if they are going to double his wages.

I think loads of fans like Darwin, he doesn’t hide and nearly always puts in a shift. As Harv says, he just doesn’t fit our style so would be best for everyone if he moves on.

I don’t think he will ever be world class but I’m sure he will be very effective in the right set up

Unfortunately if you want to play at the highest level, for the best teams... you need to be technically proficient and if you want to play as a striker for LFC, you have to be composed and be ruthless when the chances come.

Haven't changed my opinion on Nunez from the get go, he ll score some goals and work hard for whomever he plays for but he lacks the composure and technique to be a top level striker in the premier league. So in short, he's not good enough.

I'd keep him, at least until the end of the system, unless he is agitating for a move. He's not everyone's cup of tea, but he is a great option from the bench in the PL and CL, and for the LC and FA Cup. You'll not find many 4th choice strikers with his G/A record.

I just wish he'd be given a run on the left, but unfortunately we have Gakpo and Diaz there, so he'll never get a proper bite at the cherry. But he makes the right runs, lays on good opportunities and i think he has a great understanding with Salah.

I bet that Nunez transfer still haunts Klopp! He wanted autonomy over transfers at Liverpool and got it, but the Nunez transfer would have possibly haunted him, given the hefty transfer fee.
